That maybe so, but FedEx hubs have CCTV in the customer reception area. Not very smart showing up with a fake ID and committing a crime on camera. So, I somehow doubt that this is a real concern.

Or.... They can't help. This is probably managed by a third party distributor and they hold the FedEx shipping account. Also fraud causes them to be super strict on delivery.

Same problem here... called them and their CSRs are either incompetent or are not really interested in helping at all. Took like 15 minutes to even get to a person who knew what I was talking about....
