Never call ahead. Go into the store. If you call and they have one there's a good chance they tell you they're gone and buy it for themselves. It's the number 1 rule on Slick Deals.

Yes. Do this all the time. They can look up inventory in other stores within your "district". You'll need to provide SKU. Should be able to do so by calling into store, don't necessarily have to go in
