Can confirm that the USB C port on this can charge the Nintendo Switch while playing. You can get about 8 hours of play time from this while plugged in.

How long does it take to charge? These packs need an optional DC input for even faster charging. You will go through a lot of cables charging at 2AMPs constantly though USB.
