If you cancel a prepaid trip with a charge on your credit card from Priceline, you will receive an email with the details of your refund amount. However, Priceline will not refund any non-refundable charges or cancellation fees. Your refund will also be processed back to your original payment method. Once Priceline has submitted your refund to the bank, it may take up to 7 days for you to see the funds in your account.

Alternatively, if you were charged by a third-party, such as an airline, rental car company, hotel company or cruise line, you will receive the refund from the third-party and not Priceline. In this case, you will need to contact the third party directly; your Travel itinerary will include these contact details.
