Personal Notes:
This is the return of a previously popular deal found in February.
I would still highly suggest the 7700x deal for $379.99 [microcenter.com] as a much better value.

Just OP's links. No other links have problems... Their links are sus.

Suite yourself.

For anyone else reading this, the links work like normal and there is nothing sus about them. Micro Center is a well known and reputable chain. No clue what that other person is talking about.

I'd pay the extra 50 dollars and get the 7700X deal instead. This is last generation hardware and will have no more updates.

I think I'd have to spend the $50 more for the 7700x bundle.

Just clicked on the See Deal blue button link... straight to the item

Clicked the actual URL link within the description.... straight to the item

Either you have a redirect hitch hiker virus, or you're trolling ๐ŸงŒ

It takes me straight to Micro Center. I'm just using standard safari on iOS.

I probably would too. There's nothing wrong with the bundle - the 5800x3d is still a formidable gaming chip today, but the AM4 socket is at EOL.

It's a bit of a gamble of course, but if AMD retains the AM5 socket as long as they did the AM4 and motherboard manufacturers continue with the bios updates, you could have one heck of an in-socket upgrade if you went with the 7700x bundle. Folks who were early adopters of Ryzen were often able to replace a first gen (1xxxx) or first gen refresh (2xxx) chip with a third generation (5xxx) chip without having to do anything other than making sure their bios was up to date. Folks would see a MASSIVE jump in performance going from something like a 1600 to a 5800x, all on the same platform.

Of course there is no guarantee that the AM5 will be around as long as the AM4 was - they may just follow Intel's constant socket updates. I'm actually surprised that LGA 1700 got three "generations" (technically two generations and a refresh).

All you have to do is go to microcenter.com and search if the link is not working for you. It's not difficult lol

There's no reason to consider this at $329 over the other 7800x3 bundle at $429, which also has double the RAM. I also can't in good conscience recommend anyone build a new system with only 16GB.

I also don't want to hear anything about "well not everyone games". People who build custom PCs are power users, not email checkers, so don't bother with that line.
