With the Vostro 1310, Dell brings a new meaning to portable, low budget notebooks. The 1310 is a great all-around notebook that will appeal to a very large audience due to its unique style and feature set. Though it has a few downfalls, it is quite easily one of the best notebooks on the market with its low price, good performance, and lightweight body. It is highly recommended to small-business users, students, and everyday users alike. Because it was just recently released, it is still on the pricey side but once it becomes cheaper, it will be a terrific investment.
