Keyboard
The XPS One uses a radio frequency keyboard that controls many basic functions of the computer. In addition, there are function key combinations to toggle the display on & off, increase & decrease brightness, put the computer into sleep mode and eject the disc. The keys are placed reasonably close to each other for comfortable and quiet typing yet still offers a good tactile feel. RF keyboards have a very good reception range, and this one is no exception allowing you to hook up a large external monitor or TV for viewing media at larger distances

This keyboard is powered by 2 AA batteries.
Touch Pad
The keyboard contains an integrated touch pad, for the times when using a mouse is not an option – such as watching a movie while sitting comfortably on a couch. When compared to touch pads found on some notebook computers, it appears to be well designed, and responds well to finger gestures. It is an adequate replacement for the wireless mouse.
Media Controls
The media controls on the keyboard uses capacitive keys that light up when pressed. They have a good response time, registering each key press with little to no delay. The green windows button is used to start Windows Media Center. Once it launches, the rest of the media control pad allow you to navigate Window Media Center with ease.
