I have 2 opinions of Clarks. If you buy their cheaper shoes sometimes the quality is lacking especially in the soles. I bought 2 pairs a month ago. One was $45 on sale. The other was $95 on sale. Sent the cheaper pair back because of the rubber style soles. Kept the other which I really liked. I recommend their higher end shoes. Really good leather quality, soles and comfort. I primarily have worn Clarks, Rockport for the last 20 years. They all used to be high quality, now I have a mixed opinion.
Remember though...they have easy free returns. So try them out and see what you think. It's free.

My last pair squeak insanely on any type of non carpeted floors.

I like Clark's and Rockport but I can only find larger sizes in outlet stores. Size 14-15. I don't understand why they don't have larger sizes available. Boggles my mind

They have a few other styles on sale as well. For leather soled shoes, I'd say these are worth a shot at this price.

Both of these styles are Bostonian. I own both Clark's and Bostonian. Clark's are far superior in comfort and quality. An alternative I recommend instead of the Nantasket Cap is the Clark's Tilden Cap, which is $52-$55 on Amazon.
