Jumped on this copper core deal the last time. Pan was slightly warped. All-clad replaced the pan for me.

Like anything on SD, it depends on what you want. Consensus is it's nicer but maybe not worth the premium - but the prices on the sale take off most of the premium. It's faster temp control mostly. But I plan on having these for life.
