I had the eeros and moved to the ones on this deal. My eeros suddenly got "stuck" in a congested channel which I could not manually change. Lots of forums talking about this which you can catch up on
The TPs don't have the manual setting either but do have a network optimization button to try and scan the airways and adjust. No option on eero 6 since it's supposed to be smart enough to do on its own. Additionally, TP is starting to add the manual option to some of their routers.
Another deciding factor for me was that these TP have 6ghz channel for the back channel if you intend to have them connect via wifi.
They've been great for my use case. It's an out of box solution for average customers

Does anyone think the eero 6E pro is the best that isn't WiFi 7? WiFi 7 Eero way too expensive for now.

Thanks I have to read more on the back channel, since I'll be setting these ups as purely WiFi connecting the access points not Ethernet in each room. They're all pros and cons it seems. Eero is expensive but I thought user friendly just plugin and connect.
I have been using tp link mesh WiFi for the past 6 years. I found them to be very stable. The only time that I had issue because I forgot to do firmware update
I have the 75pro, and it's isn't that great! With 1 gig fiber, I only get around 600 up and down. I'm an IT guy. Trust me, I have tested it in many ways, enabling ipv6 disabling 6ghz band and whatnot. If you have like 500 mbps speeds, then this is a good system. But my orbi rbr750 matches the performance, lol. So get yourself a wifi 7 system.
The Linksys 8503 3-node Wifi6E mesh system was $79. Why is this so overpriced especially when it's from a known chinese spyware company that conviently never updates it's firmware full of vulnerabilities after a few months?
At this price point I would look for a nice wifi 7 router. This is only a deal for suckers.

Where can you get 3 mesh wifi 7 routers for this price?
You can barely even get 1 good wifi 7 router for $220
Most people wont even use wifi 7 features, this is a great set of mesh routers for a good price. Assuming tp-link has fixed their security issues.

I recently got this very system. Here's the good and the bad:
Pro:
- Great coverage, small foot print.
- Really helped my IOT devices and security cameras. Ring camera quality improved with the signal
- Way better coverage for a 3 level home vs the single router I had before.
- Has lots of insight on data usage, devices connected, and some reports stuff.
Cons:
- You have to use the App and you have to make a TPLink account.
- The setup was tricky even for someone who is tech savy. I had to reset them a few time during the setup process before finally getting them to work. Even after getting the work they would randomly stop working, thankfully the firmware update fixed it. My pc that was wired in would not work and eventually it just randomly started working while wifi devices were fine.
Aside from that both 2.4 and 5 ghz run under 1 SSID while 6 has it's own. I found that different.
Otherwise pretty happy with this system once setup. Coverage is vastly improved and so is signal stability.

My Costco had a bunch of the 5300 at that price and wouldn't sell any to me because they marked them to return to the manufacturer.
