This doesn't start until May 2nd.

Also, FYI I think many will agree that service is abysmal. If you take the car in for tire repairs or tire rotate and balance you will not get good service.

I have bought from them several times but will no longer do so.

I would recommend that you try America's tire if you have one nearby and go online and request a price match once the sale goes live.
Deal does say it begins 05/02. Maybe the free installation won't show up till then?
Might be your local SC. My family has used SC for tires for 25-30 years and we've never had an issue with our local SCs.

I'm a prospective member so I wanted to see the price first. When I add it to my cart it says I need to add installation for $20 a tire. What gives? There's nothing about free installation.

Only active for 3 days? That's so short to have the tire ordered and made available for install. Maybe those 3 days we submit the online order and then wait for the tires to arrive and make appointment for installation.

Yes, you can purchase tires and schedule install later. That is how it has worked in the last.

The last time I used Sams Club, the employee that was replacing my tires quit after breaking both TPMS on my rear tires and another mechanic was chewing his butt out about it. lol They replaced them, but it took 3 - 4 days for the replacement sensors to arrive.

I bought tires at Sam's years ago. Price and service does not compare to Costco. As I recall, stocked inventory was limited, prices were not discounted lower than other tire shops, and service appointments were too far out.

I generally like Costco over Sam's but Sam's sells Continentals and Costco doesn't.

Is Sam's Club that bad? I was thinking about buying from them over discount tire because their installation includes
Roadside.

Emergency Roadside Assistance - For four years from the date of purchase, members have 24-hour toll-free access for emergency roadside assistance. Call (800) 999-9460.

Services Included: towing, flat tire assistance, fuel delivery service, lock out service, jump start, winching/extraction

Also FYI, if you decided to purchase now and you have plus membership it's only $40 for installation.

I'll have to check see what prices are, but I just bought some tires for May 3 installation, and I only got half off the cost of installation. Maybe I can swap over to this deal...

I like costco more as well, but we do not have one here. Although they are apparently about to build one out finally. 2 Sam's clubs within 20 miles of one another...

Costco too has 4 to 8 hrs wait for any tire service or warranty service.
