Those were so helpful when we had our new IPHONEs being delivered, we were able to know right when they would come and didn't have to worry about dirty porch thieves.

Just spent $14 shipping a defective $30 item back for warranty via UPS - it was their cheapest possible option. Would this have given me a discount?

I don't think so, but you shouldn't have had to pay to return an out of box defective item

To be fair it broke after 2.5yrs. There's a 5yr warranty.

I used to have a buddy that worked for FedEx Kinko that would let me use his discount to ship stuff. Those were the days - most things were $3 or $4 for next day air. *sigh*

When we moved last summer we simply logged in and changed the address on the account, I thought we would need to make a new account too, fortunately we did not!

ah that makes sense then. if it was light I would have tried shipping via USPS or FedEx smartpost to save money
