While looking at my own AAA Plus membership, which expired on April 1, I came across the following:
Sprint will pay for your annual AAA membership renewal fee for as long as you remain a Sprint customer. Registration required.
(For those looking at the AAA Mid-Atlantic deal, this might be a better deal depending on the price difference between Basic and Plus in that region.)

AAA Renewal Offer: Ends 12/31/17 Avail. for active AAA members. Limit 1 free Classic/Basic renewal fee per yr. per AAA member number. Classic/Basic renewal fee may be applied to AAA Plus or Premier fee. Fees paid by Sprint are non–refundable & non-transferable. Sprint Acct. must remain active & in good standing to receive offers.

I saw that, but there is an option on the page for existing Sprint Customers as well as a pre-registration page for new customers. I've been a customer of Sprint for quite a while--close to 10 years, I guess--and it had no issues with my phone number. (although it initially kicked me out because my AAA membership number was wrong--I transposed 2 numbers)

I did a live chat with Sprint and that's how I figured out why my bill had gone up, otherwise they were not so transparent in the T&C's. I happened to do this during my AAA membership renewal month, so I did get the free Classic membership paid ($49 in SoCal) before I switched back to the employer discount.
Hopefully someone can post a way to truly maximize this deal, and make it, you know, slick.
The strange thing is you have to put your phone number in backwards, starting with the last digit first.
What is R+?
Also, anybody have any luck doing this for SERO Premium accounts?
