the folks getting the 32gb att gophones started having issues getting their phones unlocked. this is straight from att so it might be different.

Thanks OP! I was looking to post this as $150 off contract is pretty good and it is not a go phone.
All the other carriers are charging $400+ for this phone. Hopefully it is not a price error.

This will tide me over until the fall when the new iPhones come out.

Also, I am pretty sure if you buy off contract for the $150 price you can unlock it.
