Sizes are as follows:

Euro Size | US Women Size
37 | 6-6.5
38 | 7-7.5
39 | 8-8.5
40 | 9-9.5
41 | 10-10.5
42 | 11-11.5

If you want the Men's equivalent, add 1.5 to the Women Size:

11 US Mens = 12.5 Womens ~ 45 Euro

They have synthetic and genuine leather versions now. I haven't worn the synthetic version before, so no comment. This is the soft sole style too, so it should be a little bit more comfortable than the regular sole. Anyway, $50 for this synthetic version is not bad at all. Normally, you only get their cheaper brand Betula at this price.

Yeah, last I looked these are unisex. Personally I am half tempted,but I have been wearing the Amazon EVA version for a few years now and think I may stick to them.

FYI for anybody wondering...Birko-Flor is the giveaway they are synthetic uppers. Its a vinyl.

This is a good deal though. I personally like my oiled leather I also have a pair of the EVA which are great too.
