Dell.com has the 2017 Vizio E-series display for a great price when you factor in the giftcard. Rtings.com rates this set favorably, especially for black levels and gaming. This has HDR, but not "full" HDR.

Total is looking like $275 give or take $10.
Dell Advantage is another $22 as well.
I decided I couldn't bring myself to buy a Vizio without at least considering the need to spend another $50 to buy a tuner so I could watch my local channels. I don't watch much TV, but when you have to you have to.

Any suggestions what can be a good purchase using the $300 GC? do they have reasonably priced gaming system?

Yeah, they definitely sell games, consoles, Bluetooth speakers, soundbars, etc. And they price match most major retailers (Best Buy, etc.)

Last price match I attempted to get just ended up with $25 off, I'm guessing you have to be quite rude or maybe several others called around the time I did.

More like $20, but I get what you are saying. This is only true though if you are a cord cutter and don't have cable or satellite (I am).
Correct. They will not price match this TV including the GC, but you can price protect with a credit card that has that feature after the fact. The GC does not appear on Dell's invoice. However, when you go to use the giftcard, assuming what you get with it does not include another one, you can price match that item.
