I tried the CMXP2016 code, but it didn't work. I opened a new account, so it would've been the first purchase. The code seemed to work at first and showed the $10 discount on the checkout page, but when I created a new paypal account and logged in to pay for the item the discount disappeared. Is there something I'm doing incorrectly? Near the promo code area it just says "This code can't be applied to your order."

Also, just to add. I got an email from ebay with the $15 off as well on May 10, but the promo code is different from the one the op posted. I think the codes in the emails are unique for each account that was chosen to be part of the promo deal.
