just look at it as being buying 4 gigs of data for $3 that's the way I look at it I stick mine in a hotspot I don't put it in phone. I have an unlocked hotspot device that can take any GSM SIM card.

Wonder is a credit card signup is required for this trial period?

Assuming any At&t branded phones will work with this mvno?

Nope use a credit card or debit card and it's not auto pay or anything. this is prepaid you can cancel anytime. use up 4 gigs if you don't plan to stay with them and cancel. if you do plan to stay with them that's on you.

Ok, just ordered and there is a $2.00 processing fee and for me (California) there was .73 cents in tax so a total of $5.73. Hopefully their service is good and this promo is a great way to test the waters.

Good heads up. $6 with a virtual citi card still is not bad for 4gb of data
