I'm assuming this is a reputable dealer since the manufacturer lists them as sellers of the product.

The Coleman grill do have two burners and put out higher BTU's (10,000 x 2 burners on the Coleman grills). But this one has one large burner that puts out what seems to be a sufficient 15,000 BTUs. I read one complaint about the Coleman burners that they're more like stove gas burners than grill ones. This SToK grill certainly has a normal grill burner.
As far as build quality, they seem to both have their positives and negatives. I think the SToK grill is built well enough for a portable grill if you aren't rough with it. It seems pretty sturdy and well designed to me.
What I really like about the SToK is the insert system. This version of this grill comes with the full grill grate set, plus a pizza stone. You can buy a griddle insert for pretty cheap, along with an insert tool which turns the inserts into manageable pan-like pieces. I would love to get the smoker/steamer insert, and the dutch oven. They have wok, veggie basket, and several other inserts as well.
You can also get a propane adapter for this grill to connect it to a 20lb propane tank.
