Wish I still lived near a Winn-Dixie, Bi-Lo or Harvey's so I could just use the points on groceries.
We have a new station near us and it works like a charm every time. Max you can use per fill up is $25 Plenti Points.

I was having the same problem over and over until one cashier explained it to me. What I was doing wrong was not swiping my payment card. Apparently, you can't just swipe a plenty card only, you have to do a payment card after (whether or not it is even used). When it was asking me to swipe a payment card after I swiped a plenti card, I thought it was messing up so I would keep on trying to swipe my plenti card and then after a few attempts of that, the transaction would just cancel.
No you cannot. I've tried.
