Not trying to be an @ss but can you submit a pcpartpicker list showing this including Windows 10 License? I know you can get a key sometime for less than 15 bucks and just download the iso but I never understood why people thumbs down without posting a better deal.

Best Buy has a similar config for 220.99 and open box for 196.99
