EDIT:
Sentra SL for 103/Month + 1125 due at signing for 24 month lease (this includes first month payment + DMV/Bank fees, etc) - MSRP of 22,945 (splash guards, rear USB ports, carpeted floor/trunk mats, hide-a-way trunk net)
I ended up leasing an SL for 128/month and was happy with it until I saw this. I'm still happy but I would have preferred this model for 103/month. (Mine has a few more bells and whistles - moonroof, bose speakers, MSRP of 2k more)

Apologies if this isn't the right place for this, but I just leased a Nissan Sentra S via honcker for the following:
104 per month
1126 due at signing (ends up being 146.59 / month if you factor the total divided by 24)
24 month lease / 12,000 miles per year limit
I believe the app is based on your credit and local availability, so this is YMMV. The brilliant silver color was the only one at 104 for me. They had a couple other colors at 106 and others at 108.
I've been looking for a cheap lease for awhile now. A week or so ago I was close to pulling the trigger on a Hyundai Elantra value edition - which I believe was 126/month - but it was a 3 year lease and I think only 10K miles. Before I pulled the trigger the prices jumped up about 20 bucks per month.
Is this a good deal?
I know it lacks a lot of features, especially compared to the elantra I was looking at before, but it's the cheapest per month price I've seen so far on honcker and I actually preferred a 24 month lease. I don't drive a lot so I would be fine with 7,500 or 10,000 miles / year - but having a higher limit of 12,000 is nice.
Here are some more details:
MSRP: 19,315
Includes 460 for these installed packages
Splash Guards
Carpeted Floor and Trunk Mats
Hide-a-Way Trunk Net

Bahahahahahahahahahaha
I have a wife and 2 kids and have read that it is one of the more roomy sedans which is ideal for me. I'm no car expert so I was really just looking for value. I'd rather pay 104/month for a decent car than 170+ for a civic/corolla. I probably would have preferred the elantra value edition - as it came with a lot of cool features for only about 20 bucks more per month than this, but that deal expired and I didn't want to wait around much longer. This is easily the lowest per month price I've seen and I've been looking daily for about a month now. Next cheapest is the elantra se for 118/month.
Unless the manufacturing/B17 models went down the drain.. I'm driving a 2009 with 140K on it and have had no issues (even with CVT).
Just usual maintenance i.e. filters, oil, brakes.
The due at signing for honcker includes everything (bank fees, dmv fees, first month payment)
the monthly price on honcker also includes all taxes.

Go to leasehackr forum for really good info
Not sure if GAP insurance is included. The honcker app is very cool but it is a little concerning that I don't know the full details of the lease. With that said when they deliver the car and bring the lease, if there is anything in it you don't like you don't have to sign.
