BTW never did get any of the other "First time" credits either like using Amazon Video App on a game console even though it said I was eligible.
Customer service was no help because their systems just show that I did use them/logged in app, etc. so "I don't qualify anymore" even though it was my first time.

almost makes me wonder if it is worth getting a SECOND prime account because at $80 you can almost make up the price just about now with all the prime bonus offers

I've never had amazon fail to give me a promotional credit for every system screw up - screenshot helps
this is why I like amazon - any seller can screw up but amazon at least makes up for it instead of just saying "sorry"
have also gotten a couple of prime extensions when delivery doesn't make the 2-day window
