Cooper Discoverer SRX 105H Tire 245/60R18 Set of 4 <$300 after pickup discount & rebate @ walmart
Sold at walmart for $130.46/tire, pickup discount is $44.11/tire, so $86.35 per tire (pickup discounts don't seem to last long, so see attached screenshot as evidence):

in addition, cooper is offering a $70 rebate for this model when you buy 4 (must purchase by July 15, rebate form postmarked by August 15):

So your total is $86.35 x 4 - $70 rebate = $275.40 not including taxes/fees.
This tire only fits certain SUVs (unfortunately not mine). See if it will fit yours:
