I did a quick calculation, for NY the taxes on this would be around 23 so effective price would be 283 for refurb. On ebags you wont be charged taxes and after the cash back and rewards the effective price will be 291 hence you are just saving 8bucks with a refurb. If you ignore the ebags rewards since you cannot convert those to cash the effective price on ebags is 308 which in my opinion is better than paying 283 for refurb.

Strange how this listing doesn't show up in the SD app under hot deals section but the other listing for the factory renewed around ear wireless II shows. If I do a search for it it comes up and I got a notification for both.

The eBay listing says at this time "Limited Quantities / 42 sold ". It is factory refurbished and sold by Bose on eBay. Free shipping for me.

Looks like a solid deal (even if. Refurbished)...been wanting some QC35s but $350 was always too steep for my blood.

I've been really torn between these and the Sony 1000x's. I like electronic music but listen to all sorts of things. I jumped on the COWIN deal for mowing and would use these for casual PC gaming at night as well as traveling. People seem to like the extra controls of the Sony and the ability to turn off the ANC. However you have to play something on the Sonys otherwise they turn off for battery savings.

Bose has praise for simplicity and ANC quality but less so for sound depth.

Reading endless reviews and opinions just wants to make me buy something and move on.

That said I'm interested in hearing from anyone else that obsessed over the same thing.

If the taxes are high in your state, I would rather recommend to buy a NEW one from ebags, get 12% cash back from cash back site which will be 42 bucks and will also get you around 17 bucks in ebags rewards
