That's like saying that cameras and wristwatches have become useless now that you have smartphones...
... only if you're willing to settle on such options.

If you're looking for better, you need to get the right tool for the job.

The review is probably a fake, just look at the pseudoname of the poster. And the Pros listed are exactly the same as the Cons listed. That makes a whole lot of sense. shake head
(Google Translate says that the language is Thai and means: "Product works well. Exactly as stated on the fast forwarding webpage.")

Notwithstanding the fake review, my comments on these flashlights:

Well, the SIngFire is an exquisitely machined piece of work. When you screw the two halves together, the seam is virtually undetectable to the naked eye. (I gave one to my wife and she didn't believe that it was possible to unscrew the seemingly solid barrel - until I showed her that it did, indeed, screw apart into two pieces.) Highly recommended.

The Nitecore Tube flashlight is a full-featured flashlight built into a cheaply molded plastic form factor. It's really $20+ worth of sophistication packaged into a very humble body. I gave one to my uncle and he loves it. If you're into useful devices, then this is the product for you. (Personally, I care a little too much about aesthetics for this to suit me.)

The Jetbeam Mini and the Jetbeam E10R both hit my sweetspots as far as form factor, cost and features are concerned. Jetbeam is a good quality manufacturer, I have no doubt that these are well made flashlights. Both have built-in chargers via micro-USB ports. I'd buy one or both of them except (a) I have a plethora of similar flashlights and really don't need another and (b) I prefer warmer tints rather than the cool white that comes with both of these flashlights.

The Klarus flashlights are intended for more serious flashlight aficionados. Not my cup of tea.

Nitecore TUBE LED Keychain Light [gearbest.com] $5 w/ code NTGIFT

is only valid for the transparent 'colour' (is that a colour ?)

Not a criticism, just a hint. So you don't have to wonder - like I did - why it won't work for the other colours...
