You don't actually have to check the box "to receive Chipotle updates and offers via text" to get the coupon. If you click submit without signing up for the offers, you'll still receive the coupon.

If you ask for extra meat or guacamole on the side, it's likely to be added up separately... so will NOT be part of the entree that you get for free.

For those who haven't received the offer via text, submit a general inquiry via "Email Us" here [chipotle.com]. To expedite the handling of the issue, include the cell phone number that you provided in the promo so that Chipotle can look it up in their system. I have done this and it works. I didn't have my FreedomPop phone on at the time the promo was submitted and never received the text after I turned it on and left it on for more than an hour. - hqh51

Just noticed this FAQ for the offer. Specifically mentioned TMobile and Sprint number may have the text blocked!
