When this happened last time the critical part is to order on that date and they will install anytime after with the $60 discount. I think though you must do it in store and not online, meaning if they don't have the tires you want you must order at the service desk.
I'm going to go tomorrow to check out inventory and see if I can sign up for service that far in advance. You can sign up for the service in advance but I'm not sure how far they'll let you.
