Walmart lets this count toward their $35 minimum shipping, so you can order other cheap things on same order and not have to worry about the $35 minimum.

If you have credit on your card, it will work in other countries that have Uber.
I have used it on several continents successfully. Haven't checked into what exchange rate Uber uses for the conversion, however.

Grabbed one. Chase UR Freedom has an additional 4% back (5% total) which makes this a little better. On the terms, didn't say anything about gift cards being excluded.
