Any recommendations for books?
I can speak to some of the SciFi/Fantasies:
The Way of Shadows
Night Angel Trilogy, Book 1
By: Brent Weeks
Fantastic beginning to a trilogy about a young orphan becoming an assassin and all the moral qualms that go with it. Everything Brent Weeks writes is gold and this was how I discovered him.
Soulless
An Alexia Tarabotti Novel
By: Gail Carriger
Hilarious series about a woman who can negate supernatural powers in a Victorian England where werewolves and vampires have been integrated into society. Also a romance, but I'm a guy, so I loved the humor and action.
Fated
Alex Verus Series, Book 1
By: Benedict Jacka
Closest thing to The Dresden Files not written by Jim Butcher. Don't know about The Dresden Files? Skip this sale and spend all your credits on buying up that series Alex Versus is a diviner and can pick through various possible futures. Most everyone he faces has much stronger offensive magic, but at least he knows when to bob and weave.
1632
Ring of Fire, Book 1
By: Eric Flint
Modern day American town transported into 1600s Europe. Use your advantages before you run out of gas! I've read the first several of this series and they are a cool mix of history and gritty survival.
Books I am considering:
Magic Bites
Kate Daniels, Book 1
By: Ilona Andrews
First in a long series of Urban Fantasy that I've heard good things about and wanted to try.
Replay
By: Ken Grimwood
Narrated by: William Dufris
Groundhog Day, on the scale of 2 decades.
The Mists of Avalon
By: Marion Zimmer Bradley
A fantastic author, King Arthur's legend and nearly 51 hours? Yes, please!
Rewinder
By: Brett Battles
One reviewer called it "Poul Anderson's Time Patrol meets Jumper".
Sample
Prince of Fools
The Red Queen's War, Book 1
By: Mark Lawrence
I've long been interested in the author's other work (Broken Empire) and this series takes place in the same world, but with a different kingdom. Medieval fantasy and court intrigue. (Book 3 is also available, but not book 2.)
The Nothing Girl
The Frogmorton Farm Series, Book 1
By: Jodi Taylor
"Jodi Taylor brings all her comic writing skills to this heartwarming tale of self-discovery."
Blood of the Earth
Soulwood, Book 1
By: Faith Hunter
Set in the world of Jane Yellorwock, beginning of a new urban fantasy series following one of her friends.
Falling Free
By: Lois McMaster Bujold
Series: Vorkosigan Saga (chronological)
First book in the precursor trilogy to the Miles Vorkosigan scifi series. (Book 3 is also available, but not book 2.)
Origins of a D-List Supervillain
By: Jim Bernheimer
Sounds fun and funny.
The Long Way Down
Daniel Faust, Book 1
By: Craig Schaefer\
Another Urban Fantasy. Referred to several times in the reviews as similar to Dresden Files (Dresden Lite).
I wanted to get Metro 2033, anyway. Not that excited about any of the others, but can't pass on a free book. Anything good in SciFi? Otherwise I was thinking about the Caesar one or Origins of Political Order.

I bought in with the 12 credit annual deal a while back and can now take advantage of this.
I was very pleased to find two books that I would enjoy!
Rep to you for sharing!
I resubscribed. WHat a shit selection. heh.
In the Fiction section, The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay [audible.com] is one of my favorite books of all time, and worth the 26 hours. One Hundred Years of Solitude [audible.com] is another classic, but the narration is not to my taste; John Lee seems to be one of those you-love-him-or-you-hate-him narrators.
