Bonus Utility: Xbox Gift Cards are deposited into your Microsoft account as regular account credit, with which you can purchase hardware from the Microsoft store. E.g. Buying the $100 GC for $90 on Amazon = $10 off a special controller on the Microsoft store. These discount Xbox GC deals can therefore be used as practically a Microsoft savings account for a Xbox One X or other future big-ticket item. Hope this helps!

Great way to use the $10 digital promotion (that I got from loading $100), which expires at the end of the month. Since there's no discount on the $15 code (or $20, $25, or $50), I bought the $30 card. Thanks OP!

Thanks OP! I didn't realize I had so much digital no-rush credit. I was able to grab a $40 card for free and I still have $2 in no-rush credit left over.

How do I turn this into a year of Live gold?

Edit: nevermind, not paying $60 through Microsoft.

%10 off isn't bad plus I have a $2 credit so I am in for a $70 card as there are games coming out in the fall that I am likely to buy digitial.

Usually around Nov/Dec there are some promotions that can net %25 off Xbox codes and I try to stock up $200 or so to use throughout the year.
