Can you add a category to the strawpoll for those of us who ordered more than 1? Example I ordered 4, to go to dd's addresses and myself, 3 were cancelled, 1 dd shows as shipped (so far).

FOR THOSE WHO HAD THEIR ORDER CANCELLED YOU CAN TRY AND GET $50 PROMO CREDIT LIKE I JUST RECEIVED FOLLOWING THESE INSTRUCTIONS
Decided to contact Amazon and see what I could make happen since I did order, got the confirmation email, and then received the email saying my order was cancelled and here is $5 credit...and I ended up getting a $50 promo credit applied to my account for items shipped & sold by Amazon
Select any order in your order history to have Amazon call you about, and when they call immediately ask to be transferred to a United States representative (you should do this in general to save yourself the aggravation). Explain that you ordered, got the confirmation email (I took screenshots of everything) and that it was cancelled, but you know that thousands of them got shipped and delivered and those people still received the $5 cancellation credit as well. You will need to have the last 4 of your order number (my order no longer shows up in my Amazon account, but they can see it on their end still so this won't work for those trying to scam the system.) Explain that you believe this was handled very poorly by Amazon, and that it is not right to deliver some and cancel others. Be polite, and hopefully you will have some luck. I am attaching screenshots of the confirmation email I received for the $50 promo credit, as well as the time stamp info from the email lest anyone think I am trolling and posting some old email from Amazon. If you find yourself having no luck with the CSR you can request their supervisor - the one I spoke with stated without me asking that "This was not handled properly by Amazon". BEST OF LUCK!!
