Nothing popped up and I got scared. Then I noticed a SMALL BLUE SQUARE ON THE LEFT. I clicked that and the message poped up. Thanks.
P.S. Don't wait to do things like this. Don't say "I'll check that out when I get home". Get the form saved immediately (change print to "Save as PDF" and print it later. You never know when something like this will go away. The message isn't guaranteed to be there tomorrow.

I don't have access to desktop right now and these type of deals can die quickly. The deal still worked for me, however, just warning anyone else who tries.
