I also installed usb ports in the center console and ran them to the back of the head unit so it's easy access to plug in phones for android auto or apple car play https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...UTF8&
The backup camera came from ebay, I wanted one that replaced one of the license plate lights and looked factory.
The last addition was a google chromecast into the hdmi port in the back. I can create a wifi hotspot on my phone and cast movies or live tv to the head unit (yes, this is illegal).
Installation can easily take a day or two if you've never done it or are out of practice. It's not hard, just takes a little time.

Were you able to retain the steering wheel controls?
Also, if you're using your phone for nav, does it display on the radio with Android auto?
I went to the pioneer site and didn't see answers.
For Waze, I believe it's still in beta. I have it on mine. It's missing some features like the Speedo but I like having my race car on the screen.
For a camera check Amazon for one. Much cheaper that way. This unit supports 2 cameras
