Does this drone not have a gimbal stabilizer?

Under product description it says:

I like the way the dude in the demo video is standing on top of a pretty large rock with goggles over his face getting disoriented and dizzy. Looks safe!

don't believe it has a gimbal Wink ! OP model isn't a pro grade - but I have seen it used ! possibly cause it has a RAW footage mode ! Smilie gimbal is a plus and a minus for people who do not pay attention where are they going (flying) ! stabilizer works and at least in forward flying laugh out loud you know where you are going ! There is no gimbal but the image is stabilized in the lens, just like on your smart phone. Optical image stabilization.

The quad flies very well, does pretty good job and shoot very decent video as long as there is no high wind or erratic maneuver.

Still not worth that much money imho. Rather pick up Phantom 3 Standard.

Fixing this thing is very very expensive. You can't find single replacement motors and they will go out if the crash is just a little hard.

I am saying this from my buddy's experience. I fixed it using some aftermarket motors and 3D printing.

I highly recommend picking up Phantom 3 Standard instead.

gimbal is not an image stabilizer ! Wink it does help - but if you compare gimbal stabilization to optical or even electronic IS ! gimbal would = mini Wink and IS would = micro ! laugh out loud on other hand ?! if you think that gimbal eliminates the need of IS ! in some way it does - but paired together they will produce highly desirable results ! now we are talking about a lot more $ ! Hang on a minute, optical image stabilization isn't the same thing as electronic. 99.9% positive this drone does NOT have any stabilization built into the lens. It uses electronic stabilization (ie some form of cropping).
