Dell PowerEdge T30 is $329. It seems to be pretty popular at about $350 in the past.

Even comes with an M.2 slot on the system board, BUT!!!!!-- do not update the BIOS past 1.0.3 or you will lose m.2 function. Dell (for whatever reason) removed the m.2 slot in the BIOS starting with 1.0.5 (there was no 1.0.4). So far the updates have not been that important. I'd rather have m.2 working than minor updates.
