I'm reasonably certain that no one cares.
No, this is the AT&T model which has been SIM-unlocked. This particular model does not have the proper CDMA support or all the LTE bands needed for Verizon.

For Verizon, you want VS995 or US996 (unlocked North American model).
Only the Sprint version has been $300 and it still is, so kind of pointless.

Is this the single or dual sim version? Either way it's a good price.

Based on the model number it looks like it is single sim.

Best Buy has had the V20 for weeks at $300. Not unlocked though.

Is this a good price or do you think it will go cheaper on BF?

It won't given that it lacks the CDMA chip for voice & text.
