Those tesloop scammers are hogging up the supercharging stations spots for their benefits. Screw them and their taxi rides. They really need to follow taxi/limo regulations. Thumbs down.

I took it couple of times. Now they take you directly to your terminal too. Will use their service again. Very convenient. Thanks for the code

They were more than 2 and a half hours late picking me up..from the McDonalds they mandated I be at for pickup. I got a call 30min before they were supposed to pick me up saying they were going to be 15min late..and then, I kid you not got updates every 20min over that 2:30 hour period saying the driver was "almost there."

Wasn't even the drivers fault. She was great actually, it was management and operations. The whole ordeal has a cascading effect on a move I was making...late to Vegas, late to pick up truck, late to get back to CA, movers couldn't finish job, late the next morning etc..

After complaining about it to the CEO on LinkedIn he essentially shrugged his shoulders and said yeah we messed up but you know, growing pains...promised me a refund.

Then had to follow up with them 2 weeks later to get actual refund. On top of it all—they tried to talk to me about Tesla as if I was some dolt. The entire reason I even knew about them was because I'm a Tesla owner..all in all a nightmare.

These guys are such crap. Take the train. More reliable, probably quicker, and oh it's a hell of a lot "greener"!!!

They will be out of business soon once tesla remove free supercharging from all their cars. They are running on tesla's back. The CEO is actually the son of a rich bastard who essentially didn't want to pay taxes to the government so funded this money losssing scheme of a company for his dumb ass son just to avoid taxes. Trust me they are writing all the cost of the tesla in depreciation to avoid taxes on his real company.
