Edit I did lease it with my free plan on sprint left with only 9 months. 9 x $6.05 = $54.45 and + $11 + $37 = $102.45....so unless I continue the Sprint plan else I need to pay $102.45 to own the phone..not bad too....not sure if I can unlocked earlier. My $30 activation fee waived.

I joined Sprint free plan for a year in June and eligible to upgrade in Oct 2017.
There are other deals including pre owned iPhones but this is the cheapest in case I want to quit Sprint at the end of my free plan.
