2) Fill out the form with name and email. Choose anything from the dropdown box menu. Submit.
3) No need to proceed any further. You should receive an email with the coupon.
This has already been posted in the Sweepstakes board, but I think it deserves its own post just for the coupon alone.
Code appears to work on non-chain hotels only, as long as the total including tax exceeds $100.
