Though with the way they're named, I could see where that would be an easy mistake anyone could make. Has this one been reported to have the same issues since it came out in the past week that you know of?

I think you're outside Ting's target customer area if you need 10 GB and only one line. They haven't been the cheapest (ever?) but I believe their focus is the customer who wants to itemize each cost and combine the usage in a group/family with other users and customer service. (Or at least their marketing seems to suggest that)
Any of those "you buy each GB, text, minute" carriers (Ting, RW, Google Fi) are not for heavier users, since the costs really add up fast, as you can tell.
Good specs, wish they had wireless charging ughhhhhh why is that so hard to find. Will probably just wait another month for an S7 in the same price range.
