Next time have them reprint it, as that happened to me once. I think some employees are either extremely lazy, or just incompetent. After someone else there printed it out again, the photo came out perfect.

Con: print quality is crappy.

I used it last time for a black and white photo and it was super blurry. It's not the picture.

Ive only ever gotten my prints from Walgreens and never had any problems with quality. Maybe try a different pickup location?

I agree, print quality is bad. They are worthwhile for free, but we avoid them when there aren't coupons.

Print quality will depend on the location - the machine they use, its maintenance, etc.

It's wanting me to put my credit card info in. I've never had to do that before. It's FREE...no reason for them to have my card. Is this happening to everyone else?
