Great bundle to snag up if you're looking to test drive this virtual reality experience. VIVE recommends certain minimum component specs for Windows PC to run VIVE - Discombobulated

https://www.vive.com/us/nvidia-gt...ve-bundle/ has the HTC Vive VR Bundle that comes with a GTX 1070 (~$450), a HTC Vive VR System (~$599), and Fallout 4 VR (~$50). Seperately these items would cost you around $1000-1100 dollars.

Seems to be a pretty slickdeal for a PC enthusiast.

the msrp for vive is too much imo, but this deal is pretty good if you want to get into vr right now

Unless they changed the packaging since release, they do come with headphones. They are the wired in ear headphones that connects via 3.5mm headphone jack to the Vive.

Keep in mind these don't come with headphones, have to buy the audio strap for 100 bucks

Though this is a good deal with the 1070, just wanted to make sure people are aware this is a difference between oculus and vive.

Edit: they come with earbuds, which I personally do not consider headphones or comfortable. They do not come with any sort of attached listening device, the earbuds are plugged into the top and need to be wrapped up with the headset while not in use.

Yeah, the vive should be $399 standard price now, but they have only lowered the price to $600 since its release. You might be able to pick one up used on ebay for around $500, but if you are in the market for a 1070, this is a great deal.

Same as Cthrax above, the bundle isn't loading just bouncing back to the homepage.

Nevermind, it works if you copy-paste the link.

Just bought, it's a great deal. I'm in for an argument with my very frugal wife when I get home from work though...

I've had alerts on all video cards from the 1060 6gb's on up, and on the vive for the last few months. My goal was a card that's future proof for a good while for high end VR, and a Vive. I figured best case scenario I get a 1070 around $300 and the vive at $600... so I could either spend the next few weeks monitoring sales and watching over black friday and piecing it together to almost get this price total... or just buy this.
