personally i would wait for when Costco has the monitor on sale again. an extra $30 bucks more to get better return policy in case you get a dud. hard as hell to return to buydig, especially a monitor.

VA has some advantages like better and deeper blacks and contrast. IPS has better viewing angles and color. Most 4k TVs on the market today use VA panels. Awesome price for a name brand 32" 4k panel though.

I prefer VA over IPS due to sharper text, higher contrast. I do a lot of text-based things however.
