I saw the following egift card offer from Bestbuy.com. The offer is processed by
Bestbuy.Cashstar.Com [cashstar.com] and is not expected to stack with the current Amex Offer.
The offer does not appear to be live yet at the time of this writing but will update once confirmed live on the website. Deal is live now.
Free $15 Savings Code
when you buy $150 in Best Buy e-gift cards.
Offer ends 11/18/17. Limit 3 per customer. You are leaving BestBuy.com and entering a site hosted and operated by CashStar. Different terms and conditions apply.
Below is the link to the offer as described on Bestbuy.com

Offer Details:
$15 SAVINGS CODE OFFER
Valid 11/5/17-11/18/17 online only.
- $15 savings code will be provided via e-mail on 12/1/17 for use toward a future purchase made from 12/1/17-12/14/17.
- Maximum of 3 $150 e-gift card purchases during promotion time period per customer and savings codes will be sent via e-mail in $15 increments.
- Valid e-mail address required to receive savings code.
- Savings code may be redeemed online and in store.
- The value of the savings code will not be refunded if merchandise is returned or an order is cancelled.
In case you are wondering, in similar past deals --- I've purchased one $450 Best Buy e-gift card and this still triggered the 3 $15 Best Buy savings code. So you don't actually have to make 3 separate gift card purchases totaling $150 each. However, even though you only purchased 1 gift card, you will still receive 3 separate savings codes.

Q1: Can you buy one $450 gift card and still get the 3 x $15 savings codes?
A1: Yes. If you want to check, try to add 1 x $450 gift card and you'll see that 3 x $15 savings codes will automatically be added to your card. And no, you will not receive 1 x $45 savings code -- you will receive 3 x $15.
Q2: Will this purchase trigger the $25 off $250 Amex Offer for Best Buy?
A2: No, it will not. This deal is processed by Cashstar and not Best Buy.
Q3: Can I stack the $15 savings codes together and/or with other gift cards, rewards certificates?
A3: Yes. Note that there limits if you use them online. I think about no more than 10 gift cards or savings codes combined for each online order. There are probably in-store limits as well, but I personally have been able to use as many as 15 savings codes (and/or gift cards) in one transaction at a time.
Q4: Can I use the $15 savings codes to purchase Best Buy gift cards from Best Buy?
A4: Yes. I've successfully purchased other gift cards from Best Buy in-store using the savings codes. I used to be able to do this online as well but since September 2017 it hasn't been working for me so YMMV. Buying Best Buy gift cards is a great way to combine your savings codes into one gift card and will solve the problem of expiry dates that comes with your savings codes. Note that some cashiers might refuse to even attempt this transaction so YMMV.
Q5: Can I use the $15 saving codes to purchase other non-Best Buy gift cards from Best Buy?
A5: Yes. I've successfully purchased other non-Best Buy gift cards in store like Nike, Shell, Nordstrom, Netflix, etc. I used to be able to do this online as well but since September 2017 it hasn't been working for me so YMMV. Note that some cashiers might refuse to even attempt this transaction so YMMV.
Q6: If I return an item that was purchased using the $15 savings codes, will I get the $15 savings codes back?
A6: In my personal experience, no. This was for an online purchase. I called Best Buy customer service to question the refund and they were pretty firm when they mentioned that the savings codes are more like a coupon and cannot be refunded to me. YMMV
Q7: Will I get Best Buy Rewards points for purchasing these gift cards?
A7: Yes. Just make sure you enter your rewards member number at the time of purchase. There's a spot for it at the bottom of the screen after you enter your payment information. This is a great way to reach Best Buy Rewards Elite status.
Q8: Can I buy more than 3 x $150 gift cards and get more than 3 x $15 savings codes?
A8: Note that in each order, you can only have a total of up to $500 gift cards so the only way to do more than 3 is to place at least one more order. In the past, when I tried to place a second order using the same email/name/credit card information from a prior purchase -- the order went through with the savings codes showing up in the cart. But when the confirmation email arrived in my email, the value of the savings codes were removed. The only time purchasing more than 3 worked for me was when I ended up using the following different information: different email address, different name, and different credit/debit card. Using the same billing address and phone number did not appear to be an issue. YMMV
Hope this helps.
They that to me as a service and courtesy.
Hope this is helpful to the community.

no. it's buy a $150 GC between 11/5-11/18 (online only) and get $15 off a future purchase made between 12/1-12/14 via a savings code (not in time for BF). There does not appear to be any specific exclusions and the savings code can be redeemed online or in-store; however, it does say the savings codes will be distributed via email in $15 increments so they may not be stackable (not sure).
Ideal scenario is you can buy GCs with the savings codes for future use when prices are not super inflated.

I have done exactly that in the past. I have previously purchased one best buy gift card and used all my $15 increment savings code to pay for it -- this effectively combines the value of your savings code into one card and solves the expiry date issue that comes with the $15 savings codes.
