I called and asked if calling about mobile, I said yes and there was a real rep took up the phone. I just want to TRY to cancel the mobile, I even reminded her about retention department, she said no I'll take care of it. Then all lines got cancelled and she waived my half month bill.
I'm fine with it. I unlocked all my phones and I'm actually not using the lines since I'm stuck with att contract right now. Thinking calling them days later to ask about if I'm qualify for this $500 GC offer.
