That's somewhat reassuring, that we are in the same boat. Maybe it wasn't an actual document that we signed then? When I was on the phone they sent me an "agreement" to sign off on for the 500 offer. I never got anything similar when ordering the samsung phone for the 200 dollar promo. Confused

When I talked to the mobile rep though they made it seem like the 200 promo is applied automatically when you order a samsung phone. They saw it on their ordering screen and read me all the terms.

Just got phone today ,but not in sealed box ,not sticker too
Anyone else???

I also activated phone . still only showing that 500 gc but not 200

comcast service acct is matched to xm acct regardless who the phone is for. as stated prior and current xm customers do not qualify for promo on 500. 200 samsung is open to everyone

yes i am an employee. while everyone is welcome to jump through the hoops that the promo essentially requires i am assisting those that i can. advising others where i cant.

trolls are trolls. sounds like you are yet again proving the point. you bring up fees and the other packages which in regards to the xm promo has nothing to do with it. if people did have a problem with it, they would take their business elsewhere as any other consumer can do. if you are reading this thread than they clearly have chosen to take the services comcast offers and want to of course get even a better deal that we offer.

and last point. trolls are not my friends. i eat trolls for breakfast, better than cherios. lol. bugger off if you have nothing valid regarding the promo.

and also- everyone that i have helped was able to get phones and quaified for the offer without issue.

id love to see anyone that can show us where any other carrier is HANDING you $700 to get a samsung device, better service and at a cheaper rate than any of the competition.

so i have yet to see anyone saying anything to the last points in the last 375 posts and replies so we will just forgive your trolling comments ans move on to those actually worthy of any further responses.

as far as self promotion? i make nothing off anyone i help so good luck on that. it goes toward reporting of xm sales on my end, random recognition if anything comes up in my area. rest of it is on customer surveys- phone and emails sent after getting everything done on a random basis. win win.
