phones must be ordered by 12/4 to qualify for 500 promo AND activated within 7 calendar days. due to multiple phones being backordered right now, info was updated so no longer requires delivered by a certain date. only activated within 7 days.

Activated within 7 calender days of reciept of phone, or 7 days from order?
Some phones are back-ordered through the 15th, which would put them past the 12/4 plus 7 date.​

most can see it on both xm and regular xfinity sites in same areas. if you dont see it id suggest checking via phone with loyalty to ensure promo indicated on it. if its there, then its a tech issue thats still being worked on. it will show for everyone when it does get fixed.

7 days fron phone being received via ups/fedex. previously they had a date being communicated, which then causes issues for backorders so they changed it internally.

Ordered an S8 today for $786 with tax out the door (with $500 + $200 =$700 gift card pending), I wanted an S7 for $516 -$700 but they are back-ordered past the 15th, which is the drop dead date for the $500 gift card. The retention specialist at Comcast said it the phone would have to be activated by the 12th so I would not get the $500 back on the S7 delivered after the 15th.

I know the OP said they would extend the $500 gift card offer for back-ordered phones, but with a different retention specialist contradicting him I did not want to chance it.

THANK YOU SO MUCH ORIGINAL POSTER . I got both the $500 & $200 GC

. I've had the 150 mbp plan since March 2017. I called the loyalty/retention number.

The process took maybe 15 minutes and boom. Galaxy s8 should be here Tuesday.

I'm about hop on Amazon and cop a case.
