Okay, let's simplify this. There are actually several ways to use Plenti points at E/M stations.

1. Enter the phone # and pin on your Plenti account at the pump.
2. Swipe your Plenti card at the pump.
3. Use the Speedpass+ app with your linked Plenti account at the pump.
4. Go inside first and have the clerk scan your Plenti card (physical card or digital Plenti card) which will bring up your account info to pay with points.

Max Plenti points that can be redeemed at E/M at one time is $25, so you'll need cash/credit/debit/gift card to cover the amount over that.

No. I use mine on gas at Exxon Mobil stations as I find that's the easiest way to unload them. Other options: "Plenti points can be redeemed for savings at thousands of locations, including at participating Exxon and Mobil gas stations , Rite Aid pharmacies, participating Chili's restaurants, Macy's department stores , BI-LO, Winn-Dixie, and Harveys."

Not sure that is true, because at my station, they swipe the card in the gas dispensing machine first and then the gift/credit card. Its the same machine.

I am in NJ which means I don't pump my own gas so #1, #3, #4 are out .

That leaves #2.
I have the Plenti key tag not the big Plenti card which I probably threw away bummer.
