1. Do these Amazon 1 year stack on top of each other?
According to Amazon chat.... Amazon Chat is wrong, Yes they do stack.
Amazon Chat is wrong, it extended my due date from Jan 2018 to Jan 2019. Used 3 and my new Due date is Jan 2021.
2. Which carriers do you have to port out from?
All post-paid carriers except Tmobile. MNVOs: ATT prepaid, Cricket, Boost, ... one store rep told me I can't port out using VoIPs such as GoogleVoice. Lyca Mobile to Metro porting did not work
3. Is there extra activation fee?
Normally there isn't, but since MetroPCS authorized stores are mom&pop stores, lot of the times they do add some kind of service fee. They could let you use that towards buying any of their overpriced accessories, and it might be better than just spending as activation fee. It's all YMMV. I walked out paying $50 total for one line.
4. Will it SIM-unlock?
According to past experiences, as long as you do not port your number our from MetroPCS, after 3 months from the activation date and regardless of having continued service or not. You will need to be on WiFi at the time of unlock request. It's fine to just leave the phone off in a drawer until it is time to unlock the phone. You don't need to charge more money or do anything else to unlock the phone s long as you do not port your number out.
5. Would we get multiple amazon prime codes for multiple lines ported to the same account?
Yes confirmed by user who got 4 codes for 4 J7 Port ins.
You can get sprint sim cards from Apple for free. I used ringplus spare sim cards.
Use CDMA phone's imei, (you may find some imei from seller posted pictures)
Request a new number with sprint sim ICCID and IMEI, you account shows line active:
Go account setting--Port out or cancel your account- Port out information
Port out information:phone number, account number, pin for each line.
Amazon Prime deal will end on Nov 30, free phone will end on Dec 31.

So yes, it will work with your iphone if it has the tmo bands (I think iphones have all or most bands), but you'd have to call them up each time you swap your device.

That's good to know. What happens I change the sim to iphone the next day or so? Will they still accept to change that? Or is there any timeline I need to wait before I can switch the sim to iphone?
And yes, if one has a unlocked phone (android or ios), you can use it on Metro by calling in with the phone's IMEI.
I have a line with Metro and speeds are FAST..much faster than my Cricket lines. I'm waiting to see what Metro will offer for Thanksgiving/Black Friday/Cyber Monday. Hope to see the Galaxy S6 below $150.
You can swap the sim but need to call. Also they need you to turn off find my iPhone
